The Apparent Baha'is

Many people in the present day identify themselves as Baha'is. The primary query, however, is whether they are true Baha'is or only pretenders and provocateurs of error.

Yes! The Baha'i faith is unadulterated and was intended to be free of sects. However, upon Shoghi Effendi's passing, a cult was founded by his wife and a small group of people who backed her out of selfish interests.

They asserted that the guardianship ceased to exist, going against what was expressly stated in Abdul Baha's Will and Testament, and they then established up a body they called the "Universal House of Justice." This organisation lacked power and was ineligible to serve as the UHJ. Its members were sinful, frail humans without a head (Guardian) to lead them and correct them when they made mistakes.

Only those who independently investigated the matter and came to the conclusion that Shoghi Effendi had already chosen his successor during his lifetime—none other than Charles Mason Remey—are considered to be real Baha'is and to be steadfast to the covenant.

Anyone who calls themselves a Baha'i but does not believe in a living Guardian is not one. They may call themselves Baha'is, However, in truth, they are covenant breakers whose breath is also poisonous as per the saying of Baha’u’llah.
