Ḥuqúqu’lláh (Huququllah) and the bogus UHJ
There is a great importance of Huququllah in the Bahai Faith.
Huququllah is an Arabic word comprised of two words. Huquq meaning “Right” and “Allah” meaning “God”. Therefore, Huququllah means “Right of God”, which is a part of the individual's possession and income offered at the Threshold of God.
After removing your expense, whatever amount is left, 19% of that amount needs to be paid to the Guardian of the Baha’i Faith.
The Current Living Guardian of the Baha’i Faith is Nusratullah Behremand who is the legitimate recipient of Huququllah. Paying Huququllah to anyone apart from Guardian invalidates the reward and won't even be called/considered as Huququallah.
Since the Hetrodox/Sans Guardian Baha’is do not believe in the continuation of Guardianship, they pay Huququllah to the bogus UHJ. This is absolutely wrong and against the Will and Testament of Abdul Baha.
Let us see what is written in the W&T of Master:
O friends of ‘Abdu’l‑Bahá! The Lord, as a sign of His infinite bounties, hath graciously favored His servants by providing for a fixed money offering (Ḥuqúq), to be dutifully presented unto Him, though He, the True One and His servants have been at all times independent of all created things, and God verily is the All-Possessing, exalted above the need of any gift from His creatures. This fixed money offering, however, causeth the people to become firm and steadfast and draweth Divine increase upon them. It is to be offered through the Guardian of the Cause of God, that it may be expended for the diffusion of the Fragrances of God and the exaltation of His Word, for benevolent pursuits and for the common weal.
The above makes it crystal clear that UHJ has no authority to collect Huququllah nor distribute it. If this isn't an eye opener for a follower of bogus UHJ then there cannot be any other eye opener for them.
