Why are more and more people accepting the Orthodox Baha'i Faith

 People accept the Orthodox Baha'i Faith because it has spirituality, a connect with divinity via living Guardian and its principles.

Baha'i Faith is the only faith which today has continuous stream of Divine Guidance through the Living Guardian. And the concept of Guardianship shall remain the only source of divine guidance for atleast 1000 years until the next Manifestation comes.

The Guardian was asked if the meaning of the verse in the Bible "the day that would not be followed by night" meant that succeeding Manifestations would not be persecuted but immediately accepted by the people.

He answered, "No, there will always be evil in the world and doubtless the succeeding Manifestations would be persecuted though in a lesser degree." The meaning of the verse was that the Guardians would be sources of guidance and protection for the Faith until the coming of the subsequent Manifestation which might not be for 6000 years although He might come any time after 1000 years — depending on need.

Shoghi Effendi says: 

“In this Dispensation, divine guidance flows on to us in this world after the Prophet's ascension, through first the Master (Abdul Baha), and then the Guardians.” - Shoghi Effendi, Directives from the Guardian, p. 34

Once a person understands the station of Guardianship he/she accepts the faith.

Being said that, there is also a group today which is the Sans Guardian group (mainstream Bahais) who have abolished the concept of Guardianship and accepted the leadership of a fallible group. They have gone astray and are leading the innocent Baha'is astray. Beware of this group and thoroughly study the Will and Testament of Abdul Baha which should be the base of someone accepting the bahai faith.
